Cooking method

  • Flour is different - this is a tablespoon of wheat germ, a teaspoon of white malt, a tablespoon of semolina, three tablespoons of flax flour, a tablespoon of buckwheat flour, whole grain flour - 4 tablespoons and the rest, up to 300 grams, rye flour.
  • This acWe put the mixture in the bucket of the bread machine, add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast, pour 300 ml of cucumber brine, start the "Pelmeni" program - everything will knead well in 10 minutes.
  • We leave alone for at least one hour.
  • Then add a teaspoon of salt, vegetable oil, pour boiling water, run the "Pelmeni" program again - five minutes will be enough.
  • Then put 300 g of wheat flour and set the "Rye bread" program, dark crust.

Note

I baked yesterday evening, by the morning the bread was barbarously split, I managed to photograph decent leftovers for dinner.
