Champignon 250 g
carrot 6 pcs
onion 2 pcs
cream 100 ml
vermicelli
salt, pepper, favorite spices
greens, sour cream to serve
Bay leaf 1-2pcs

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes, porcini mushrooms and carrots with bay leaves, salt. Saute the onions and remove from the pan, fry the mushroom caps, remove from the pan, fry the legs (I had boiled, chopped and frozen mushrooms, the caps and legs cannot be separated in any way) and add the cream, let it boil. Add onion and mushroom legs with cream to boiled vegetables. Blender the soup base, add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes (or less, when the noodles are ready). Pour soup into a plate, spread mushroom caps and serve with sour cream.
