  • First sauce

  • Cut fresh tomatoes into small cubes, fresh peppers (red, yellow and green looks beautiful) also try to cut into small cubes, pickled cucumber - you can grate it on a fine grater, but we also like it more in small cubes. We take garlic (whoever likes it according to its sharpness) and rub it on a fine grater or through a garlic dish. Finely chop a little dill and mix with garlic and mayonnaise (so that the garlic is evenly distributed over the mayonnaise). Now we combine vegetables and mayonnaise-garlic dressing and serve.
  • Second sauce even simpler - we rub the cucumber (preferably a good barrel, if not, then pickled one), I don’t squeeze the juice from the cucumber, and if someone doesn’t like it, they can squeeze it out. Take a good bunch of fresh dill and chop it finely. We mix dill, cucumber - add mayonnaise and a couple of cloves of garlic, grated on a fine grater. The sauce should be like thick sour cream. This sauce is suitable not only for meat dishes, but also for fresh vegetables - if you cut cucumber, carrots, cauliflower or broccoli into small pieces into inflorescences, then dip in this sauce and eat. In the refrigerator, the sauce can stand for 2-3 days in a sealed jar.
