Nice airy bread, doesn't really crumble. From 400 g of flour it turned out to be very high! I did it with milk powder, which is probably why the slightly tanned loaf turned out. My cottage cheese was not wet and not dry, I took water according to the recipe, did not add anything in the process, although it seemed to me that it was possible to add flour, but everything turned out great)))
