Ingredients

Smoked paprika 1h l.
Sichuan pepper 1h l.
Allspice 4 things.
Bay leaf 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Clean the fish. gut, dry with a napkin.
  • Pour 1/3 part of the salt on the bottom of the mold, put the prepared fish, cover with the remaining salt, cover and leave for 1-2 days, depending on the size of the fish.
  • Then rinse and dry the fish.
  • Prepare the marinade. Grind all spices with a blender, mix with oil and vinegar.
  • Put the fish in the marinade for 2 days. Turn the fish over in a day.
  • Sprinkle with pink pepper before serving.
