Rice casserole with rhubarb in a bread machine

Rhubarb

Cooking method

In a bowl, mix rice porridge with rhubarb, you can add a little jam for sweetness, raisins or cut dried apricots / prunes (whoever likes it). Add softened butter, eggs. I put everything in a bucket of a bread machine (I take out the scapula). I grease everything with sour cream on top - I'm not greedy. I put it to bake for 25-30 minutes.
It is cooled directly in the bucket, since the hot one cannot be removed well. With a plastic spatula, I cut the casserole in a bucket into squares and take it out on a plate. We eat with sour cream and strawberry jam.
