Ingredients

Fermented baked milk (kefir) 300-320 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard oil 2.5 tbsp. l.
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour c. from. 450 g
Semolina 50 g
Wheat bran 5 tbsp. l.
Dry fast yeast 1.25 tsp

Cooking method

  • Put all ingredients in a bucket according to the instructions for your bread maker. Look carefully at the bun - you may have to add a spoon or two to the liquid (it all depends on the quality / dryness of flour, bran, and also on the liquid fermented baked milk - I generally did it in a mixture of fermented baked milk / milk / water - I still had to keep an eye on the bun). In principle, oil can be replaced with any other, but it is mustard oil that gives a pleasant aftertaste. The mustard seeds can be poured directly into the mixture. The bread comes out very soft and tender. During and after baking, there is a breathtaking aroma for 3 hours! Bake and experiment with health!
