brown sugar (I have white) 3 tbsp. l.
egg white 1 PC

Cooking method

  • I stumbled upon him by accident. I am making a selection of recipes for the New Year's table. I changed the recipe, since my flour is always different from Russian. In addition, the nuts in the filling are easier for me. I fried peanuts and seeds in advance in equal proportions Cookies "Lotus" - cookies for the holiday... I really like the taste of this mixture. Even more than almonds and walnuts. With such a filling, plus boiled condensed milk or just crumbled milk toffee, I often bake Sanadorin fenders. In addition, according to the law of meanness, there was no culinary fat in the store. But it's always better to use it for puff pastry. Prescription sugar went only to the filling and very little. I like sweets and mine too. Therefore, I have more of it.

Place peanuts with seeds, sugar in a blender. Beat until crumbled for 5-10 seconds. Add egg white and beat again for another 5 seconds. The filling is ready.
