  • Porridge mode 07 x 1 h. 30 min.
  • After the signal of readiness, it allowed the pressure to descend on its own to 90 * C.
  • She opened the lid and mixed, turning the cereal upside down.
  • The groats are completely cooked. The grains swelled twice, and the water was completely absorbed. The porridge turned out to be crumbly.

Another way to cook barley for a side dish.
Pre-rinse the barley with running water, soak in serum for 3 to 8 hours. It is possible for the night.

This method involves soaking cereals in a fermented milk environment. Kefir, and sour milk, and whey will do. Another use for whey.

Why are you soaking everything there, waiting, etc.? I even cook barley on the stove for half an hour, without any soaking. There is a recipe on the Internet somewhere. First, cook it for 7 minutes, then in a colander, fill in the water again and cook for 25 minutes. It turns out great. I just eat it, with fried onions and carrots. Very tasty and satisfying.
