A la Moussaka in the Bork U700 multicooker

Ingredients

Minced meat 700 g
Eggplant 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Dolmio Sauce Traditional 1/2 cans
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Bechamel sauce
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 75 g
Milk 450 g
Cheese (for the sauce) 75 g
Cheese (for grating) 50-75 gr
Salt, pepper, nutmeg Taste

Cooking method

  • 1)
  • Melt butter, add flour, stir, slowly pour in milk, bring until thick, but do not boil. Add some grated cheese, stir.
  • 2) Fry the onion in a bowl on the Frying mode, add garlic, fry, add minced meat in a couple of minutes, fry, add half a can of Dolmio sauce after 6-7 minutes, fry again until the liquid evaporates. Turn off. Transfer the minced meat to another container.
  • 3) At the bottom of the bowl, put the eggplants cut into rings (0.5 cm), the minced meat on top, pour the Béchamel sauce, put the eggplants, minced meat again and pour over the sauce again. Top with eggplant and pour over the sauce. Put on the Multi-cook mode 102 * 25 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, sprinkle with cheese and put on Oven level 2 for 25 minutes.

I love eggplant very much and I found a recipe on one of the sites. The first time I cooked with eggplants, which I stewed in the microwave beforehand. And this time I decided to put raw ones and it turned out much tastier. The eggplants themselves turned out to be very soft and tasty.
