Caramel Milk Girl Cake

Caramelized condensed milk:
milk 500 g
sugar 250 g
Caramel condensed milk 400 g
eggs 2 pcs.
flour 130 g
baking powder 1 tsp
Cream 300 g
Applesauce 200 g
Yogurt 200 g
Sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
Dr. Oetker Gelatin 10 g
Water 50 ml

Cooking method

  • I want to share my experiment.
  • First, let's cook caramel condensed milk.
  • Caramelized condensed milk:
  • In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the sugar until caramel color, heat the milk and gently pour it into a saucepan with sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, (I put it on the scale) I boil down to 400 g temp. 110aboutC, (you can add a pinch of baking soda, then no flakes are formed or punch with a hand blender).
  • Cool down.
  • Further, as in the classic recipe.
  • Cakes:
  • Beat eggs slightly, add caramelized condensed milk and flour with baking powder.
  • Bake 5 cakes.
  • Cream:
  • Bake apples, make mashed potatoes;
  • Soak gelatin in 50 ml of water for 10 minutes, heat until dissolved, combine with applesauce and yogurt.
  • Add sugar to taste (I put 4 tbsp. L.).
  • Put in the refrigerator so that the mixture "grabs" a little.
  • Whisk in the cream and combine with the apple-yogurt mixture.
  • Assembly:
  • Assemble the cake in a mold, alternating the cakes with the cream.

To speed up the process, I boil apples (pears can) in a little water. Bon Appetit!

I've never heard of caramel condensed milk!
It was at the dacha, I wanted a cake, there was not enough food, but there were 2 liters of homemade milk, and of which I skimmed 300g, cooked condensed milk from 500g (I planned a caramel sauce, but there was no butter, it turned out just caramel condensed milk), and the rest went for yogurt. It turned out to be such a budget cake and very tasty
Irina. T, the question remains, how much gelatin should be specified in the recipe?
Didn't notice, thanks! Gelatin I take 1p Dr.Otter 10 gr. Regarding condensed milk, I boil it down to t 110 ',
Thanks, I'll fix it
