onion 100g
uncooked smoked brisket (bacon) 50g
grated cheese 100g per dough + 50g

salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Delicious and fluffy buns, crispy on the outside and tender and aromatic on the inside. Finely chop the onion and brisket and fry together for 4-5 minutes, cool. Can be kneaded in HP with dry yeast, immediately adding onion with brisket. Roll out the dough to 0.5-0.7 cm, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, fold in half with cheese inside, sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheese on top, roll up, forming a roll. Cover with a towel and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Cut into 12 parts, form a bun from each and leave to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Grease with an egg and sprinkle each with grated cheese. Bake at 200 * C for 25 minutes. Please note that the buns grow a lot in size.
