Ingredients

salt, ground pepper, juniper, cumin, marjoram
mustard ready 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cook meat broth from 2 liters of water on the "Soup" program 0.7 for 20 minutes. While the broth is preparing, cut the vegetables into small cubes, chop the sausages and sausages larger. Chop the cabbage. Crush canned tomatoes (can be replaced with 3 fresh tomatoes). Remove the foam, remove the meat. Then you can cook in 2 ways - pressure cooker and multi-cooker.
  • Pressure cooking method: add all the ingredients to the broth, "Soup" mode 0.7 3 minutes.
  • Multicooker method: put vegetables, juniper, salt, pepper and cumin in the broth. Set the mode "Simmering +" 103 * С for 30 minutes and cook under the lid for 10 minutes. Add beans and cabbage, cook for another 15 minutes, add wieners and sausage with mustard and cook for the remaining 5 minutes.

Delicious, fast and satisfying. Fresh cabbage can be replaced with 300g sauerkraut.
