pork tenderloin
Any plums
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the pork tenderloin into portions 2-3 cm thick. Make a pocket in each piece with a knife. Rub the pocket and the whole piece of meat with salt and pepper. Put the chopped plum in your pocket. "Sew" a pocket with toothpicks. Fry in vegetable oil 8 minutes (!) on both sides... First, over high heat, so that a golden brown crust forms, then reduce the heat to medium. At the end of frying, carefully pour in a spoonful of water, cover the pan with a lid. After 20 seconds, the meat is ready. Juicy, tasty. I chopped up the remaining plums for a side dish. Delicious))
