Ingredients

pork tenderloin (sirloin) 1,2kg
garlic 3 wedges
bacon, cut into strips 200g
vegetable oil for frying
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Dry the prepared fillet with a paper towel and fry on all sides until golden brown. Place on a plate.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper. Cut into pieces 5 cm high and place in a baking dish, cut down. Put garlic on the upper cut, pepper a little more. Place 1/2 strip of bacon on each piece. Bake for 30-40 minutes. The garlic turned slightly green, I removed it before serving.
  • Garnish to taste. I fried mushrooms and onions and potatoes.
