Dear experienced bakers!
Help me choose a bread maker!
I really liked BORK in the store, but there are such contradictory opinions on the Internet about this brand, which is just scary to take without asking experienced people.
Here on the forum I read a lot of good things about Panasonic .. But again - doubts .. In Bork, the viewing window captivates (I understand that this is not the most important thing), but still ...
But they also write that either the dough or the flour on the sides sticks to the bork, I still don't really understand the process, and Panasonic doesn't seem to sin ...
Maybe there are some other super models?
I saw that someone ordered Japanese, but this is not my option, I want a purely Russian menu, normal, without translation, with dances with a tambourine ...

important: bake whole grain bread, have a dispenser, delay baking (so that you can put it overnight)
maybe there is something else important in terms of functions that I do not know yet ..?

The price is not important.

I will be very glad to help !!

Fleury80, no matter how trite it is Panasonic 2501 or 2511. 2511 is almost like 2501, newer and more expensive.

I have HP Bork X500. I really like it! The presence of 2 buckets is especially captivating. I use it with might and main: kneading dough, baking various (including whole grain) bread, muffins, cakes. With jam, failure is leaking. I will answer your questions. As for the flour in the corners - yes, if you leave it in a large bucket for a delayed start, then some flour may remain. I don't know how on other models ... There is no dispenser on my model, if you need additives, you will have to add it manually. But I rarely bake bread with additives. I often use the delayed start, my buckets are in the PM. I don't use a lot of programs: for example, I have no idea what is being done on it, I have never baked quick bread. My son and I looked through the window only at first. Then I got bored: if necessary, just open the lid for a short time, but during baking you won't really see anything. If God forbid it breaks, I look towards Polaris with the possibility of baking in 2 buckets Bread maker Polaris PBM 1501D
