Ingredients

Zucchini / zucchini 2 pcs
Blue bow 2 pcs
Leek 2 pcs
Champignon 200gr
garlic 5-6 teeth
tomato 2 pcs
salt, spices

Cooking method

  • Coarsely chop prepared vegetables, mushrooms into slices. Do not peel the garlic! Set aside the courgettes / zucchini and tomatoes. Put all other vegetables in a large bowl, add salt, sprinkle with your favorite spices, stir gently. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 200-220g for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, add zucchini / zucchini, stir, top with tomatoes. The ideal option is cherry, they will not give juice, and then the vegetables will actually be baked, and not stewed. After that, send the vegetables again to the oven for 20 minutes.
  • I had a couple of small tomatoes and I put them together with the cherry. Therefore, the vegetables were slightly stewed.
