Beef in cheese sauce

Ingredients

beef 500 gr.
processed cheese for "Karat" soup with onions 4 things. - 360 gr.
bulb onions 1 PC.
carrot 2 pcs.
canned white beans in tomato sauce (with sauce) 300 gr.
water 300 gr.
salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into strips. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Cut the cheese into large pieces so that it dissolves faster.
  • Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, including the beans along with the tomato sauce. Add water, salt, pepper, mix.
  • Select the "braising" program, set the cooking time to 1 hour 20 minutes. Stir a couple of times while cooking.
  • The ideal side dish, for my taste, is mashed potatoes, in the company of which this dish was filmed. But in general, the dish is quite versatile and combinable. And most importantly - amazingly tasty! Bon Appetit!

I cooked on the principle of pizza - from what was ... The melted cheese was smoked, and that was not enough. Therefore, ordinary fermented cheese also went into the pan, which remained in pieces. I put only one carrot, because I don't really like carrots. The beans turned out to be not white, but red, and not in tomato sauce, but natural, so I added one tomato. The beans "fit" perfectly, there was no talk of a side dish. There are a lot of liquids, in my opinion, for the second course, but since I am now alone at home and practically do not cook, it just turned out well for me: both the first and the second in the same plate.
Very tasty!!
I'll put this recipe closer, because it is delicious, because it is easy and quick.
