Westphalian potato salad

Ingredients

potatoes 4-5 pieces of medium size
boiled eggs 2 pcs.
cucumber 1 PC.
bulb 1 PC.
green onions (chives) 1 bundle
dill a few twigs
parsley twig
cream 125 ml.
vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in a peel until tender. Cool and clean. Cut into circles.
  • 2. Peel and cut eggs.
  • 3. Cut the onion into smaller pieces, cucumber into slices.
  • 4. Chop the chives, dill and parsley.
  • 5. Lightly beat the cream, season with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • 6. Mix all the ingredients of the slat and pour over the sauce. Let the salad brew well.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes

Note

A very simple but fresh salad. A good addition to meat dishes.
