Ingredients

Cooking method

  • I cook from what is available - from thighs (you can cook from drumsticks or a whole broiler, cut into portioned pieces, if you don't find chickens).
  • I cooked 3 thighs and a full serving of sauce.

  • Rinse and dry the chicken pieces.

  • Cucumbers, washed and dried, rub on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with a couple of pinches of salt, sugar, mix, set aside.
  • Chop the onion into thin half rings.
  • We turn on the multicooker on the Fry mode for 30 minutes, wait for the start of the countdown (unlike the recipe, I cooked without vegetable oil, since a lot of fat is released from the thighs during frying). After starting the countdown, put the thighs and onions, fry for 10 minutes. (the lid can be closed), turn over, after 5 minutes add the cucumbers grated and squeezed; pour half the wine. We are waiting for the end of the regime.
  • Squeeze squeezed cucumber juice with sour cream and starch, adding a little more than half a glass of boiling water. We also add curry, rosemary, pepper, the remains of salt, sugar and wine. Mix well.
  • At the end of frying, pour the sauce over the chicken. The sauce should cover at least half the height of the chicken. We set the Stew mode for an hour and a half and the usual chicken acquired a new, wonderful taste.

  • P.S .: The smell of cucumber is very well felt in the dish (a note of freshness), it goes well with the usual side dishes: pasta, potatoes, rice, vegetables. The lid of the multicooker has absorbed the smell, of course, but after steaming vegetables, the smell is not felt.
