Veal chops in a Bavarian beer

Ingredients

veal for chops 400 g
light beer 500 ml
egg 1 - 2 pcs.
breadcrumbs 3-4 tbsp. spoons
frying oil of necessity
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat off the veal.
  • 2. Pour chops with 250 ml. beer and leave for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Drain the beer.
  • 4. Pour the remaining 250 ml over the chops. beer and leave again for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Drain the beer, blot the chops with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • 6. Season with pepper, salt (I used a mixture of peppers), dip in an egg and bread with croutons or flour.
  • 7. Fry on both sides until tender.
  • Drink with beer! But what about without him ?!
