Ingredients

Dough:
Honey 1 glass
Sugar 1 glass
Eggs 5 pieces.
Soda 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 4 tbsp.
Cream:
Sour cream 1 liter
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 PC.
Crushed toasted nuts 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Melt the honey, add soda to it, mix.
  • Add eggs, flour, mix and leave in a saucepan to ferment for 3-4 days)!
  • Then mix well again.
  • Liberally grease the table or board, rolling pin and hands with vegetable oil, pinch off the dough piece by piece, and roll it out very thinly on paper, also oiled. There will be a lot of cakes.
  • Cream:
  • Beat sour cream with sugar and lemon juice.
  • Assembly:
  • Grease the cakes with cream, sprinkling with nuts.

I saw this recipe in some magazine for a long time, and made it out of curiosity. It turned out to be a very tasty recipe! The only thing I don't add is lemon juice, my husband is allergic.
