Ingredients

Plums (must be strong and juicy) 1 kg
Almond 125 g
Hazelnut 125 g
Softened butter 200 g
Powdered sugar 150 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Flour / s 100 g
Apricot jam (or any other) 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven to 1900FROM.
  • 1. Grind almonds and hazelnuts in a blender (I used 250g of walnuts).

  • 3. Cut the plums lengthwise into four parts. I had fresh prunes and I cut them in half.

  • 4. Grease a round springform cake tin with a diameter of 28 cm (or another one of a suitable size and diameter) with butter and put the dough in it. I used a silicone flower shape.
  • 5. Starting from the center, stick the plums in, half-dipping them into the dough (try to place as many plums as possible).
  • 6. Bake for the first 15 minutes at 1900C, then subtract to 1500C and bake for another 30-40 minutes. This time seemed to me a little and I baked at 1500With a whole hour.
  • 7. Heat the jam in a saucepan until it becomes liquid, rub through a sieve. Brush the cake with jam with a cooking brush to create a shiny icing.

She invited a friend to tea. I wanted something new for tea. I leafed through the books, I liked the recipe from the book "Desserts" by Yu. Vysotskaya, but the cake looked painfully uninteresting in the photo, and it didn’t look like a cake at all ...
I decided to try it. The result exceeded all my expectations! The dough turned out to be fluid, but thick, almost all of the plum fit. Put more, it's delicious! Despite the fact that there is no baking powder in the dough, it has doubled in volume. It's a pity, I got carried away, I forgot to take a picture before the oven, the level of the dough with plums was exactly in the middle of the form, in the first 15-20 minutes it rose to the brim. I smeared the pie with hot jam as soon as I took it out of the oven. It turned out very tasty! Out of respect for the recipe, I left the original name.
