Chakhokhbili of chickens (in Steba DD1)

Ingredients

a hen 1 PC.
turnip onion 2-3 pcs.
garlic 3-4 tooth.
fresh tomatoes 4-5 pcs.
seasoning nut 1 tsp with a hill
ghee 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
walnuts (optional) from 10 pcs and to taste.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the chicken and cut into portions. Fry in a dry frying pan until crisp.
  • Pre-prepare vegetables for frying. Wash, peel, cut into medium sized pieces.
  • Switch on the Roasting mode (15 min.). After the signal, put ghee, chopped onion in the bowl and fry until the onion juice has completely evaporated. This is 10 minutes. Add prepared tomatoes and simmer until the end of the program.
  • Add spices, salt, garlic, chopped walnuts, stir fried chicken. Simmering mode at a maximum temperature of 88 * 1.5 - 2 hours.
  • Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs: cilantro, parsley, basil.

Note

Perhaps a similar recipe already exists. But I did it for the first time at Stebe. It turns out very tender meat. Garnish with rice or pasta.
If there is no Nut seasoning at hand (in which there are no nuts at all, but there are 7 herbs, especially for chicken), you can add suneli hops.
