Ingredients

Draining. butter (margarine) 100 g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Flour 3 st

Cooking method

  • Grind butter with sugar, add eggs, sour cream and other ingredients. Knead the dough, cool.
  • For rolls - / - Roll out, brush with jam or honey with raisins. Roll into a roll and cut into small pieces, brush with yolk and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • For fingers - / - roll out into a layer, cut into small squares, put the filling in the middle from one edge (I have jam), wrap (so that there are 2 layers of dough on the bottom and one on top), press the fingers with a fork (it is desirable that any jam may otherwise burn). Bon Appetit!!!
