Ingredients

Chicken liver 500
Turnip onion 3 pcs
Flour 1.5 tbsp with a slide
Cream 20% or sour cream 1.5 multi-glasses
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp
Salt pepper Taste

Cooking method

  • Chicken Liver with Cream:
  • 500 grams of chicken liver
  • 3 onions
  • Cream 20% (or sour cream) - 1.5 multi-glasses
  • Flour - 1.5 cl rounded spoon
  • Olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Chicken liver with cream in a multicooker BORK U700
  • Preparation:
  • Chop the onion.
  • Switch on browning mode.
  • Pour oil into a bowl, put onion - fry.
  • Roll the liver in flour and put in a bowl with the onion, overcook. Minutes 6-8.
  • Switch off with the Cancel button.
  • Season the liver with salt, pepper, add cream (or sour cream). Mix.
  • Switch on Multicook 20 minutes 103 *.
  • When finished, stir and serve with a side dish (potatoes, rice or buckwheat).
  • Bon Appetit!

At home there was a little more than half a packet of cream and there was a liver. So I decided to try to make a liver in cream. It turned out very tasty.

Natalia, thanks for the recipe! I just cooked it. Actually, I bought the liver for the pate, but went to the site and saw the recipe. The cream, however, was only 30% and 10%. I decided that 10% is enough. I cooked at MV Redmond M70. Multi-cook 105 degrees. And everything else is strictly according to the recipe.
