Ingredients:
Wheat flour, premium grade - 3 Glasses
Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt or sugar - To taste (depending on whether
what dough you need)

1. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with
baking powder. If you cook
sweet pastries, add sugar. If
baked goods with meat or potatoes, put
salt. Pour one glass of water into the flour and
knead the dough. The dough should turn out
tight and elastic. The main thing is that the dough should not
stick to your hands.
2. Place on a cutting board or table
some flour and roll out the dough. Layer
roll out very thinly, no thicker than 2 mm.
Lubricate the entire surface of the formation with plant
oil.
3. Cut your slab in half and apply
one part of the dough to the other so that the edges
coincided. Iron the dough with your hand and start with

It tastes good, I made tongues out of it. Crunchy and delicious. The layering is excellent. But I am not very good at handling puff pastry and it seems to have done something cool. And I forgot to cut and fold, just rolled it into a roll. Here I am so stupid. And still delicious. And the idea came about about lean cakes from this dough. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow, unsubscribe.
