Shchi with chicken in a multicooker BORK U700

Ingredients

Cabbage (medium head) 1/2 head of cabbage
Chicken thighs (skinless) 4 things
Potatoes 2 pcs
A tomato 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Turnip onion 1 PC
Bulgarian red pepper 1 PC
Celery 2 twigs
Salt pepper Taste
Garlic 3 cloves
Greens Taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • We cut all vegetables and chicken.
  • Shchi with chicken in a multicooker BORK U700
  • Pour oil into the bowl and turn on the Browning mode. Put the onion, fry it and add the carrots, overcook it a little and add the red Bulgarian pepper, overcook and put the tomato cut into squares, overcook for another 3-4 minutes. Turn off the Cancel button.
  • Put chopped chicken, cabbage, herring, potatoes. Salt, pepper and add your favorite seasoning (for me it is Khmeli-Suneli - I almost use it in all dishes). Top up with room temperature water to the 3 liter mark. Stir gently, close the lid and set the Quenching mode.

  • At the end of the program, add finely chopped garlic, herbs (at the same time I add bay leaves and allspice peas) and leave to simmer on the Heating for 80 * 10 minutes.
  • That's it, the soup is ready!

I cooked cabbage soup for the first time in our Cartoon. And to be honest, it turned out very well.
I was very afraid that a block of condensate would flow, but everything was clean, there was not even a drop there.
I read on Bork's website that they suggest making all soups on Stew, that's why I chose this mode.
