Ingredients

Baking powder 5g

Cooking method

  • Sift the flour through a sieve three times and add salt and vanillin to it. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites for 5 minutes until the mass thickens. Add sugar to the whipped proteins in three steps. Beat the whites and sugar for 5 minutes. Then add the yolks and beat for another 3 minutes. When the mass reaches a creamy consistency, add flour with baking powder (in two steps) and stir gently until the lumps disappear. Add milk (1 tbsp. L.) And pre-melted butter (2 tbsp. L.) To the dough. Lubricate the bottom and walls of the bowl with the rest of the oil, then pour the batter into it. We closed the lid of the multicooker, the “Baking” program and on “Start”.

Note

Before baking, you need to melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a slow cooker (in the "Heat" mode). If at the end of cooking the top layer of the crust is not brown, close the lid of the multicooker, select the “Multipovar” mode, the cooking time is 10-15 minutes (depending on the amount of dough in the bowl and the degree of doneness of the crust) and the temperature is 120 ˚C. Cooking time: 60 minutes.
