Ingredients

Potatoes 1.5 kg.
Water 2 l.
Processed cheese * 200 gr.
Milk (warm) 250 ml.
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • A very simple and delicious soup from my mom I have tried many different cheese soups, this one is definitely my favorite
  • Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Season with salt, add diced potatoes. Once the potatoes are ready, add the cheese, stir until dissolved. Pour in warm milk, bring the soup to a boil and turn off the heat. Serve with your favorite greens
