Ocean Chickpea Sandwiches

Ingredients

Chickpea dry 150 g
Pickled cucumber 1 PC.
Celery stalk 1 PC.
Green onion 1 PC.
Dry seaweed (kelp) 1h l.
Serbian cheese 100 g
Cream 20% 50 g
Salt to taste
Tomato and black bread for serving

Cooking method

  • Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 hours. I got it 4 hours. Drain the water, pour in a new one and boil until tender. I cooked all night on Low in the slow cooker. Drain the water, dip the chickpeas in ice water, peel them off.
  • Add cream, feta cheese, beat until smooth.
  • Pour celery with boiling water for 5 minutes, peel from fibers, cut into small cubes.
  • Grind the kelp in a blender.

  • I love chickpeas. I could have eaten everything alone, but I had to share it with my husband, who doesn't eat such things ... yyy))) It turned out very tasty !!!
