I tried the recipe from the enclosed baking booklet for the third time! : girl_blum: Everyone likes it! Very interesting bread turns out: crisp like a French crust, and crumb-mmmmm !! solid air! : a-kiss: Although I cut it still warm, after pressing, the form is immediately restored

Masinen
And where did you buy this device? And what is the price?
The bread is great!
And they are also interested in the multicooker modes)
Antonovka
kuzea,
And I'm interested in the volume of the measuring glass - in different stoves they often do not coincide

Well, the device itself, of course, interests

Although I am not kuzea, but here you can read about it

Masinen The multicooker in it as a program for cooking hot dishes (stews, cereals, meat, vegetables, etc.) is designed for 1 hour 15 minutes. I haven’t used it yet, yes, in general, I don’t really need it. I'm more interested in the bread maker, which bakes pretty well ...
kuzea
win-tat Thanks for the help! You can also look here: There is also written about the brand itself

Thanks, girls!

Eh ... The loaf is rectangular.
And I have already ordered a "hybrid" HP / Vitek multicooker. But the bucket is round.
Then I thought that it would be better if they made a rectangular one.
Where have you been before?

And the price is lower.

PS And externally like my HP Philips, except for the color. Even the menu looks the same.
Masinen
mur_myau, I don’t believe it, their whole technique is not like that. It rarely comes across that it works for a long time and normally.
I have a hybrid oven with a Binaton 2175 multicooker. It has been working for the third year already.
mur_myau
Masinen,
I have their mini fondue fryer and meat grinder. I love the meat grinder tenderly, it has been serving for six months without any complaints. There was also a blender, but his mother begged him how to refuse. Cuts a cube. She likes. And the vacuum cleaner is vertical, just a beast. Recently I collected broken glass for them in the kitchen, at maximum traction it sticks to the linoleum. All sucked.)))

Maybe the Malaysian assembly is to blame, not the Chinese assembly ...

Can you tell us more about the binaton?
mur_myau
PS In general, it would be interesting to compare all three "hybrids" - Weisshauf, Vitek and Binaton.

Forgive me for interrupting off topic: I want to order Vitek a blender that cuts into cubes.Actually, the question about him is: does he cut into cubes not boiled, but raw vegetables? For the price of such devices, it is the most acceptable for me ...

lanaYaya,
Wrote in a personal, so as not to clog up here.

Today I baked this bread - according to the recipe, the dough turned out to be the same consistency as for pancakes, that is, the bun was not formed. Doubted, and added somewhere else 1/2 cup flour. The bread is tasty, the crumb is very elastic. Do you succeed when kneading a bun, or not?
kuzea
The bun turns out, but not tight, like ordinary bread. I think that for more airy bread, the bun should be softer.
Pysy: about flour - I hung flour from a full cup, I got 150g (though I already have all sifted flour)
lanaYaya
Obviously, I have 140g of millet in my cup. flour, and also a select egg - large, so the dough was thin, in the end I added about 50-70 g of flour, so everything worked out. And the bun was just not as tight as in a regular batch of wheat. For 450g of millet. flour (this is just for your 3x150 cup) you need about 280 ml of liquid, then the bun, as they write here, is "correct" In this recipe we add an egg, the dough is more liquid, and we get a porous light bread.

kuzea,
Have you tried the Borodinsky oven according to the recipe from your unit? Share the recipe.

I baked "100% whole grain bread" from recipes for this oven: water 1.33 cups (330ml), milk powder 1.5 cl, butter 1.5 cl, honey 1.5 cl, salt 1 tsp, whole grain flour ... 3.25 cups (488g) yeast 1.2 tsp Whole Grain Program 3 hours 30 min. PS If there is no milk powder, instead of water, you can use regular milk, keeping the total volume. - This is the recipe I baked 50/50 whole grain and wheat.

It turned out to be very appetizing bread, even a non-lover ate from the heart (fortunately it was still warm!)
kuzea
Today we needed urgent bread: the quick bread recipe came in handy 1 hour 20 minutes. Ingredients: warm water (45-50 * C) 3/4 cup (188 ml), 2 eggs, butter or margarine 2.5 cl, salt 3/4 tsp, wheat flour. 3 cups (450g), sugar 1.5 sL, dry yeast 3 tsp, baking powder 3/4 tsp.
The bread, I'll tell you, turned out awesome! (for such and such a time ..)
Weissgauff BM-1400 multi-cooker. Sponge Bread with a "tail" like a pig! .. It's a pity that I had to cut right from the stove
Weissgauff BM-1400 multi-cooker. Sponge Bread for some reason that hot bread is always photographed badly .. But it is no longer in sight! Very tasty!

nmisul
the bread turned out to be noble, although during the preparation process I had to add 2 tablespoons of flour.
kuzea
nmisulI am very glad that I liked the bread! : girl_claping: But the flour is different for everyone (someone is drier, someone does not), so you need to look at the bun, and then everything will turn out as it should!
annykashu
Girls, but how is she as a multicooker? Does she work as a multi-cook?

Other combined models have problems like this:
  • the heating element is difficult to clean
  • the window melts
  • there is no shutdown button (well, many cartoons have it)
  • delayed start only for one of the functions (e.g. bread maker)
  • bread is not baked normally
  • there is only one heating element, there is no circular one, 3D too, maybe therefore it is not baked

kuzea
annykashuTo be honest, I didn’t use a slow cooker myself, there’s no need at all: I have a wonderful multifunctional gas stove: oops: I bake different bread, knead everything, I’m very happy: girl_romashka: And in order not to pour the shadows, close the bowl with foil tightly and it will be good In answers above is a site with instructions for this stove-read
Sable
Hey. I bought such a bread maker a year ago. Over 3600 on Ozone. There is only one drawback - when kneading, the body creaks slightly. But the bread is simply excellent. I myself have been baking bread for 10 years on bread makers. As tasty as this one did not work. I have my own recipe.
I am writing in the order of a bookmark.

Sunflower oil - pour it by eye, about 4 tablespoons.
In slightly warm (35-40 degrees) water, 290 ml, I dilute 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of Pakmaya yeast (I tried different - these are the best). I pour it into a cup.
Bran coarse grinding - 1.5 tablespoons (not measured, but really tablespoons, I rake with a hump).
White wheat flour of the highest grade - 3 cups of 250 ml, do not sift, tamp it tightly, evenly, without a slide.
Rye flour - one glass per finger below the side. Approx. 200 ml.
Salt - 2 measured teaspoons.
I put a dark crust, a roll - 1 kg, program one, main (3 hours).
After readiness, the bread should be put on a rack - a wire rack, on a napkin and covered with a napkin. While the bread cools down to normal temperature, the fermentation process continues in it, it ripens.
It turns out not just bread, but something incredible. And very useful
kuzea
Sable, I can imagine what a giant bread turns out! (y) Doesn't it come out of the bucket? * JOKINGLY * Too many ingredients ... or is the bread too plump? : girl-q: It's a pity that there is no photo, but according to the description, the bread is wonderful! : girl-swoon: Thanks for the feedback
Sable
Crawls out slightly, but does not rest against glass. The density is medium. Keeps fresh for a couple of days well. The gingerbread man is dense. I don't like doing very airy ones, because you can't guess when the top crust will fail. And also rye flour gives a slight sourness in it.
kuzea
Sable, They were very intrigued by their bread: girl-yes: I intend to try it sometime: drinks_milk: And about yeast, there is also an interesting fact: I’m just looking for possible options for improving bread — my "Doctor Etker" and "Saf-moment" are somehow very bad raise bread ...: girl_pardon: I will look for "Pacmaya"
Sable
Sorry, I made an amendment to the recipe: water is not 320, but 290 ml.

tempting stove, I would also listen)
Sable
By the way, such a small nuance. If after the end of baking, without turning off or opening the bread maker, withstand another 10-15 minutes, the bread will come out of the cup much easier. I used to have a Saturn bread maker. So from it, if you don't get the bread right after the end, its crust became damp and wrinkled. And here the heating mode is automatically turned on and the bread does not get damp.
kuzea
Yes, in general, I never had any problems with pulling out bread - it immediately pops up easily
Luton
Tatyana, are you satisfied with the bread maker? Is it possible to bake a small (350 grams) loaf in it? Thank you and have a nice day. Marina
kuzea
Luton, I am very pleased with this stove: girl_claping: small you can, on what size bread you put the ingredients, this will turn out And you have a nice day!
Olesinya
kuzea,
Dd. I have been using my Weishauf for a week. Smells like engine oil when replaced. The bread doesn't smell. Tell me how was it? t
kuzea
Olesinya, I didn't have any smells: girl_romashka: Try to wipe with a cotton swab at the bottom of the stove itself, where the bucket is installed, maybe they smeared it too much for storage ....: girl-th: I am very pleased with my stove, which is what I wish for you!
sveta-Lana
kuzea, tell me the size and weight of the bread machine itself, I can't find it anywhere
kuzea
sveta-Lana, On the first page in a reply from win-tat there is a link where you can read about this company and x / stove: mail1: good luck!

... tell me the size and weight of the bread machine itself, I can't find it anywhere
The dimensions are as follows: the width of the body is -26cm, with the ears for which the lid is raised, it turns out 29cm
Height from the front 28.5 cm, to the rear it is slightly higher than 30 cm. The depth along the body is 31cm, but you need to take into account the place where the top cover is attached and the protrusion on which the carrying handle rests - that is, it will be 35cm, if you want to put it right next to the wall. The height with the lid open is 47.5 cm and when opened, the lid does not open at 90 degrees, but wider, that is, an open lid adds to the total. depth of another 4-5 centimeters.
Measurement error - + 0.5cm, something like this.
Overall neat size, not bulky, fits the definition of "medium size".
Weight with a bucket, a glass, a spoon and a hook 5.5 kg.The analogue of this model is Redmond 1907, with the addition of some unnecessary multicooker programs, black in a stainless steel case and perhaps with 2 blades and at the same time a raised total price. However, spare parts, if you can profit from them.

sveta-Lana
kuzea, thank you, I did not find the dimensions and weight there either, but I wrote them a question, maybe they will answer.
It's strange, but when I go through the first link, I get an error
sveta-Lana
ne_peku, thanks what I was looking for
prubul
A big request, if you can add to the recipe how many grams of flour and liquid in ml. : girl-q: Search in the comments for a long time And thanks a lot for the recipe
kuzea
prubul, The measuring cup holds about 160g of flour, and 250ml of liquids (measuring cup of exactly this size)
prubul
