Ingredients

Oat flakes 200 g
Sugar 250 g
Chocolate shavings 50 g
Milk 120 g
Butter 75 g
Peanut butter 100 g
Vanillin
Peanut

Cooking method

  • In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, sugar and vanilla (vanilla sugar or seed pod or liquid extract ...)
  • Pour the mixture into the oatmeal immediately and stir.
  • Add chocolate chips and peanut butter
  • Place small slides with a tablespoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  • Make a depression on top with a tablespoon
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips and toasted salted peanuts
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Your cookies can be refrigerated for several days!

As the main ingredient, I took a quick-digesting (1 min on the package) rolled oats. I didn't add sugar. Due to the lack of peanut butter, I took 100 g of nutella as a connecting link.
She rolled the balls with her hands and laid them on a baking sheet, and then crushed them slightly with a tablespoon.
The cookies are a complete delight!
From the first bite I realized that this would be one of my favorite recipes for sweets "for a quick hand".
