Cold corn soup

Ingredients

Canned corn 1 can
Carrot 1 PC.
Potato 1-2 pcs.
Lightly salted or salted cucumbers 1-2 pcs.
Green onions, parsley, dill, I added more dzhusai 1 bundle
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Kefir / whey consumption, about 1.5 l

Cooking method

  • Cut carrots into small cubes, potatoes - a little larger, pour boiling water over them so that they only cover the vegetables. When they are cooked, almost all of the water will evaporate - make sure that it does not burn. Refrigerate. (I have been doing this since the evening.)
  • Cut the cucumber into thin short noodles (or grate on a coarse grater), chop the onion and greens, chop the garlic. Add corn along with liquid (I have boiled corn from the garden, frozen last summer), mix, pour kefir or whey or both together in any proportion. Refrigerate.

Note

For some reason, the husband added chopped smoked sausage to his plate ...

Once there was no salted cucumber, I cooked it with fresh one; absolutely not the same effect!
