Ingredients

Cottage cheese 300 gr.
Eggs (SB) 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Semolina 1 tbsp.
Sour cream 100 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin taste
Any berries or fruits taste
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Separate the yolks from the proteins. Grind cottage cheese with yolks, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Add semolina and baking powder, mix. Beat the whites until strong peaks. Stir in the egg whites carefully. Put the dough in a greased form (I have 25x25), put berries or fruits on top (I have frozen black currants). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes

Note

The mannik turned out to be soft, fluffy and very tasty. I don’t like currants, but it’s very tasty with manna. Especially if sprinkled with powdered sugar on top

Yesterday I baked your mannik in the cartoon (staff). I had 150 gr. cottage cheese and sour cream from the freezer (accidentally lying around), it turns out I made half a portion and therefore poured it into a silicone mold 20 cm, and then a mold in a cartoon. Bake for 50 minutes, and then another grill lid for 5 minutes (new toy). Everything was baked well.

My semolina is not white, so the color turned out to be honey, delicious, and I do not have a curd flavor (probably because of semolina), this suited my family very much, there is no way to stuff cottage cheese in them.

Well, here I baked this mannichek in SV. I changed the recipe a bit, because there was less cottage cheese and no sour cream.
So, the cottage cheese was 200 grams, instead of sour cream kefir + fruit yogurt. I beat the eggs well with sugar, mixed the cottage cheese with kefir and yogurt, gently mixed everything with a spoon. Gradually added semolina (1.5 cups), gently mixed. It seemed a little watery, but since there was no more semolina, I added a couple of tablespoons of flour. Strawberries on top
