Chocolates with seeds

Ingredients

Dark chocolate 200 g
Butter 50 g
Sunflower seeds (peeled) 100 g

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  • Add oil, stir until completely dissolved.
  • Pour in the seeds and stir too.
  • While the mass is not frozen, pour into molds. Cool at room temperature. Then in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

Note

The recipe is a complete improvisation.
Initially, it was planned to include sweets with walnuts. We were unable to buy walnuts. Because of my frustration, I forgot to buy cream, which is added to the melted chocolate. Only butter was found at home, which was used.
