Dry mushroom cream soup with Napoli sauce (Tristar soup blender)

Ingredients

dry mushrooms 50g.
sauce 5-6 st. l.
water (boiling water) 800-900ml
potatoes 2 pcs.
bulb 2 pcs.
carrot 1 PC.
tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
salt, sugar, spices
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
jalapeno peppers green granular 1-2 tsp

Cooking method

  • I have accumulated a lot of dry mushrooms. I decided to add them to the garnish with pearl barley and buckwheat, and add more to soups. So an interesting soup turned out, the taste turned out to be such that the family demanded frequent repetition. The zest is not only in the taste of dry mushrooms, but also in the addition of Napoli sauce (I have my own a la Napoli, by this recipe). Soak the mushrooms in boiling water for 30 minutes (or just in 100 ml of water and in the microwave for 10 minutes at full power). Chop the vegetables quite finely. We put all the ingredients, except for the sauces, in the bowl of the soup cooker. Launch Soup Smooth mode. After the second blending, add the sauces. Serve with boiled egg and herbs.
