Ingredients

fish of the salmon family (I have trout) 2 Kg
boiled shrimp 400 g
cream 50 ml
green onion 1 bundle
sweet pepper (yellow, red, green) 1 PC
cream 20% 50 ml
lemon juice 3 tbsp. l
lemon seasoning 1 tbsp. l
ginger root 5 cm
garlic 2 cloves
honey 2 tbsp. l
soy sauce 4 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Seeing this recipe in the magazine "Grocery School" for 2013, I wanted to exclaim the phrase familiar from childhood: "You have a package from your boy."
  • I have long wanted to share this recipe with everyone! And here's my "parcel" - take it!
  • 1. Cut the cleaned fish. To do this, we make a deep incision along the ridge, move the pulp apart.

  • 2. Make small undercuts along the ribs. Divide the fish into 2 halves. We remove the ridge with the tail and the fins with small bones.

  • 3. With a very sharp knife (I made with a razor blade) we make cross-shaped cuts on the skin of one fillet.

  • 4. Prepare the filling.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onions, peppers, ginger and garlic until soft for 3-4 minutes. Pour in the cream, steam and add the shrimp. Cook for another 1 minute. We put the salt.

  • 5. Place the parchment on a baking sheet. On it we put pieces of twine at an equal distance from each other. On top we lay half of the fish without cuts. Spread out the filling, sprinkle with seasoning and cover on top with a second piece of fish with cross-shaped notches.

  • We tie the ends of the strings and put them in the oven, heated to 220 * C.

  • While the fish is baking, prepare the sauce.
  • To do this, heat lemon juice with honey and soy sauce in a saucepan.
  • Transfer the finished fish to a serving dish, pour over the prepared sauce, cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Now you can serve our "parcel" to the table!
