Rhubarb honey cake

Ingredients

Flour 200 gr.
Honey (liquid) 2 tbsp. l
Eggs (C0) 2 pcs.
Sugar 120 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Rhubarb 2-3 stems

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until 2-3 times larger. While whisking, add honey and vegetable oil

  • Gradually add sifted flour mixed with baking powder, gently stir with a spatula. The dough should be thick

  • Put half of the dough into a greased form, put rhubarb on top, cut into pieces (about 1 cm thick), pour the remaining dough
