Fried pies (no problems)

Ingredients

warm water 500 ml
flour 5-6 st.
fresh yeast 50 gr.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in the bread maker in the order in which the recipe was drawn up. Whoever has a bread machine with one kneader, then we start with dry ingredients. We turn on the dough kneading program.
  • It should be soft and not sticky to your hands. Flour in further work with the dough is no longer needed.
  • Put the dough in a deep bowl and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Periodically you need to monitor him, otherwise he may run away.
  • After standing the dough in the cold, put it on a surface slightly oiled with vegetable oil, sculpt pies with any filling (both salted and sweet will do) and fry in hot vegetable oil (pour 1 cm of vegetable oil into the pan, do not add any more) ...
  • Then we spread it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  • These pies do not absorb much oil when frying, so they are not very greasy.
  • It is pleasant to work with the dough - very elastic.
  • I would be glad if someone likes my recipe!
