Wings in Creole marinade

Ingredients

Chicken wings 1.5-2kg
For the marinade:
Olive oil (I have refined vegetable oil) 100 ml
White wine vinegar 50ml (I have 1 tbsp. L.)
Garlic powder (garlic) 1h l. (1 tooth)
Mustard powder (I have mustard seeds) 1h l.
Oregano dry 1 \ 2h. l.
Ground sweet paprika 1h l.
Ground chili (I have Sichuan pepper) 1h l.
Salt (to taste) 1.5h l.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the marinade. Pass the garlic through a press. Grind pepper and mustard in a mortar. Add the rest of the spices, mix, add oil and vinegar, mix again.
  • Cut off the last phalanx at the wings.
  • Put the wings in the marinade, stir, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

  • In the original recipe, the wings are grilled on a charcoal grill. For technical reasons, I had to use the oven.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet, retaining the marinade. Fry in a preheated oven at 220-250C, periodically pouring over the remaining marinade.

  • The wings cannot be spoiled by anything, no matter how cooked. But the marinade made them not just tasty, but obscene !!!!
