Cooking method

  • As it turned out, such pancakes are a wonderful and light breakfast. The dough is made very quickly and without hassle, products for pancakes are always in the refrigerator, and most importantly, pancakes are prepared without standing at the stove, you just pour the dough into molds, and the oven does its job)))).
  • The taste of the pancakes is something between thin delicate pancakes and an omelet. With jam - very tasty!). And if you don't add sugar, you can serve such pancakes with curd cheese and salted fish.
  • Melt the butter. Sift the flour. Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy, pour in milk (room temperature), beat again. Add sifted flour, the dough should be free of lumps, the consistency should be liquid.
  • Then add the oil and stir everything again.
  • Grease the muffin pan and fill it with dough (I didn't grease the silicone ones).
  • Bake the pancakes for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • In the process of baking, they inflate like balls 2 times, fill the molds to half. Ideally, they almost do not deflate, but I was afraid to brown too much - and the pancakes were slightly deflated.
  • The finished pancakes must be carefully removed from the mold.
  • Serve with any filling of your choice.
