Ingredients

Dark chocolate 200 g
Condensed milk 395 g (1 can)
Cream from 33% 600 ml
Chocolate cookies 120 g
Toblerone bar 100 g

Cooking method

  • Very easy to prepare, even for those without an ice cream maker!
  • Melt the chocolate (broken into small pieces) in a water bath or in the microwave. Microwave: 30 sec at MAX power, then stir and repeat if necessary. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, whisk the cream and condensed milk together until smooth. Add chocolate gradually.
  • Stir in your supplements. I have these chocolate chip cookies and Toblerone pieces of chocolate (cookies and chocolate broken into pieces) You can use one cookie or replace it with chocolate with nuts or pieces of a Mars type chocolate bar, here the imagination can be limitless.
  • Pour ice cream into a freezer container, cover and freeze overnight or until hardened.
  • I could not believe that ice cream does not crystallize when frozen, but this is a FACT!

And with ice cream makers, and milk cookers, and with a water bath ...so many hemorrhoids people arrange for themselves, but in fact everything is very simple - cream 500 ml 33-35% and a can of condensed milk. I knocked everything down with a mixer for about 7 minutes and then added my favorite additives - cocoa, chocolate chips, pieces of cookies, berries from jam, etc. The main secret is that there is no water, otherwise it freezes into crystals and is unpleasant to eat. Therefore, it is better not to add raw fruits, they crystallize. And in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. In the morning you get super ice cream - tasty, excellent structure. Condensed milk 1/2 can. We do not like very much sweet. Tasty with boiled condensed milk (I already found the recipe here on the forum).
Always excellent, does not crystallize. By volume, a full liter container is obtained.

I made a pack of Valio cream 35 ℅, 0.6 cans of condensed milk (sweetish for our taste) quickly delicious. second time without chocolate. No ice cream maker. The recipe is great.
