French Meat "Light" (Steba DD1)

French Meat Light (Steba DD1)

Ingredients

chicken breast or small turkey fillet 2 pcs
medium potatoes 3 pcs
medium onion 1 PC
Champignon 200 g
cheese up to 30% fat 100 g
mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
water 1/2 mst

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet lengthwise into 2 parts, you get 4 portions, each slightly beaten with a meat hammer.
  • Peel vegetables, cut potatoes into slices, onions into rings or half rings, mushrooms in the shape of a mushroom. Dilute mayonnaise with water. Grate the cheese.
  • Put potatoes at the bottom of a Teflon bowl, add salt, fillet on it, then mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper again, pour mayonnaise water and cover with cheese. Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid and valve, program Meat 0.7 20 min. At the end of the program, release the pressure.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables.
  • Bon Appetit!

In the pork neck, from which meat is usually cooked in French, 343 kcal per 100 g, and 113 kcal in poultry fillet, and there is darkness in pork fat! After reading Ginzburg, I decided to lighten the traditional dish, and Shteba helped with this, since the meat turned out to be tender, and the guests (for whom this dish was prepared) said that you can eat as much as you like in this form of healthy breast
And it prepares very quickly, the husband, half an hour before the arrival of the guests, announced their planned visit

Larissa, I am very grateful to you! Your recipe is wonderful! Indeed, an easy dish. I still cooked in the oven - I did not dare to do it in my small, unpretentious multicooker. Naturally, the time increased to 1 hour. But this is nonsense. I put everything in foil except the cheese. Instead of mayonnaise, I mixed my yogurt with a couple of eggs from my chickens, and poured this mixture over a chicken with mushroom vegetables. After 45 minutes, I opened the foil, sprinkled with cheese and poured out the rest of the yogurt + egg mixture. In 15 minutes everything was ready. The breasts melted right in your mouth! Yes, we did not buy champignons, as there are still a lot of dried mushrooms left from last year. I took boletus and aspen mushrooms (they collected themselves). They fit very well into this dish. In general, guys, this is sooo delicious! And, most importantly, simple and fast. And at least serve a festive table, at least a family one! Now we will often cook this dish!
