Jellied meat in Brand 6060 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Leg of pork (hoof, shank, shank and ham) 1 PC.
Beef sirloin or shoulder blade 300 g
Onions, carrots, parsley roots, salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • We chop the pork leg, wash.
  • Put all the meat in the bowl of the pressure cooker (without a heating element), fill it with water so that it completely covers the meat, add bay leaf and peppercorns. We put 1 hour on the "Soup" program under pressure.
  • At the end of the program, open the pressure cooker, put onions and carrots, other roots, salt, close the lid and again under pressure for 40 minutes.
  • At the end, filter the contents, cut the meat, fill it with strained broth, add finely chopped greens, bring to a boil - I did all this in an ordinary saucepan. When it cools down, pour it into molds.
