Ingredients

Fresh cucumber 1 large
Kefir 1.5-2 cups
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Dill and parsley 1 bundle
Lemon 0.5 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper, ideal - red 1 PC.
Vegetable broth / whey / mineral water / cold boiled water by consumption

Cooking method

  • Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater, finely chop the dill and parsley, cut the pepper into quarters, squeeze the juice from the lemon (do not filter, let it go to the soup directly with the "flakes"), mix everything, dilute to the desired thickness, add salt to taste, cool.
