Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 2-3 pcs.
Fresh cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
Boiled eggs 2 pcs.
Sausage or boiled meat 150-200 g
Green onions, parsley, dill, I added more wild garlic 1 bundle
Pickle pickle 0,5 l
Sour cream or mayonnaise taste
Boiled cold water or whey by consumption

Cooking method

  • Potatoes, sausages or meat (you can do both together), cucumbers, eggs, cut into small cubes. Grind green onions and parsley with salt, add dill (and wild garlic), mix with sour cream or mayonnaise, pour cucumber brine with diluted water or whey. Mix everything, cool.
  • Okroshka vyatskaya

In this soup - no: against the background of brine, I think the radishes will be lost. I have other recipes for cold soups, there and with radishes, I'll lay out gradually. But if you want to add radishes - yes to your health. In this case, I would rub it on a coarse grater.
