Ingredients

Quick-frozen vegetables (I have 400 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Vegetable oil for frying 2st. l.
Bulgur whole grain 50 g
Boiling water 100 g
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • For cooking, use dishes with a thick bottom. I have a cast iron wok.
  • Bulgur vegetables
  • Heat the oil and fry the onion cut into rings until transparent.
  • Add vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  • Add bulgur, stir. Season to taste.
  • Pour in boiling water, stir, simmer for 2 minutes. Close the lid, turn off the heat and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Very tasty and healthy!

Lena, look at the photo from the link in the first post. If yours is yellow, then it really boils for 15 minutes. I have a small dark one, it is enough to steam it.
