Fish pie (pressure cooker Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Filling
Fish Salmon or Red Sockeye (canned) 2 pcs
Medium potatoes 3 pcs
Bulb onions 1 PC
Salt Taste
Dough
Eggs 3 pcs
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Sour cream 5 tablespoons
Flour 8 tablespoons
Baking powder 2 h l
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Making the pie filling.
  • Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  • Three potatoes on a medium grater.
  • We turn on the Shteba on the Roasting mode for 15 minutes. After the signal, pour in the sunflower oil and put on the onion. Fry for about three minutes and add the grated potatoes. Stir fry until the end of the mode. We use a teflon bowl.
  • We take canned fish 2 cans. I had a bank of Salmon and a bank of Sockeye.
  • Put in a bowl and knead with a fork. Put in a bowl with onions and potatoes and mix and cool in one bowl.
  • Put the filling in a bowl.

  • Mix eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise with a mixer. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix everything well. We get a thick flowing dough.
  • Pour half of the dough into a bowl and put the filling on top. And fill with the second half of the dough and spread with a spatula.
  • We close the lid and turn on the Porridge mode 1 hour pressure 0.3
  • After the end of baking, we can turn the cake and brown it.
  • I blushed the AG lid.
