Today for the first time I baked braided loaves in it.
I made two loaves and put them on baking paper and on the wire rack.
First, they stood in the oven on a proofer, then turned on 210 degrees, after 10 minutes, reduced to 170 and baked for another 35 minutes. At the end, to brown, I added 5 minutes at 210 degrees.
It turned out both in appearance and in taste good. But I think it's too much time.
I would like to test with a thermometer, but unfortunately I do not have one.
I would be very grateful if someone agreed to borrow for a couple of days.
Geographically, the south of Moscow is desirable.

I called Ozone the next day, described the situation, they told me they would call back.
A day later they called back, said that it was a marriage and the stove should be returned to Ozone, they do not make an exchange, but return the money. They had to wait more than a week for the refund, the shares ended and the stoves went up.
As a result, I bought another stove in Eldorado, on the advice from our forum I took advantage of the action, we found it cheaper to refund the difference of 110%.

From my point of view, she has two drawbacks, maybe the first is a feature of only my model? I already wrote that it does not give the temperature indicated on the scale. Until I bought a thermometer for the oven, I couldn't figure out what was going on. I bake an elementary charlotte, set the temperature to 180 degrees, after thirty minutes the charlotte is not baked, after forty-five minutes the charlotte is not baked ... with a thermometer I found out that the real temperature is fifty degrees lower than the declared one. That is, the maximum that the oven can give out is 180 degrees. Okay, so we will live. It seems to be enough for ordinary baking. And one more thing: the oven is really small. If I bought again, I would buy more. And one more thing: she has only one baking sheet, it is almost impossible to buy another one that is suitable in size. I’m always looking for a suitable one. I happily bought it recently in an online store, I specified the size a hundred times. They brought it, it has two stickers with different sizes. As a result, literally half an extra centimeter in length, and that's it, it doesn't go into the oven. And so, quite a good oven.
